Project background

With the rapid development of national industry, the problem of organic waste gas pollution has followed. Nowadays, people have made it clear that VOCS waste gas is not allowed to be discharged without organization. In order to put an end to unorganized emission, enterprises are equipped with professional environmental protection purification equipment to convert unorganized emission into organized emission, so as to achieve standard emission. In the case of organized emission, VOCs emission concentration and emission rate shall meet the relevant limit requirements in national pollutant emission standards, local pollutant emission standards and industrial pollutant emission standards.

practical application

There are multiple VOC data acquisition devices on the customer's site, but the customer's data acquisition device is not a standard modbus protocol, and the data cannot be accurately read up using conventional cloud gateways. We use the G600D cloud box to connect one of our Blackhorse's network interface PLCs, and then develop the customer's RS485 communication protocol in the PLC to achieve the acquisition of VOC parameters, All the internal data of the corresponding data acquisition instrument are communicated to the dark horse configuration cloud platform.

The dark horse configuration cloud platform supports MQTT protocol and JSON protocol transmission, supports third-party hardware access, can interface with most Internet of Things hardware on the market, and easily realizes data collection and equipment control in industrial, environmental protection and other fields. The cloud platform supports cloud configuration, and users can freely build system interfaces as needed. Even non professionals who do not know programming can freely and quickly build a suitable Internet of Things system. The cloud platform uses the B/S architecture, supports PC browser, industrial large screen display and electronic signage display functions, mobile APP, WeChat official account, etc., to meet users' needs in different scenarios.

The dark horse configuration cloud platform collects PLC or instrument data through the 485 port of the dark horse gateway module, and supports various mainstream PLCs. It collects PLC or instrument data through the network port of the dark horse module, and can directly connect the switch signal and analog sensor to the cloud platform. Through OPC protocol, it can connect the upper computer SCADA and DCS data, access the black horse cloud platform, support the GPS positioning of the base station, and support the webcam to access the cloud platform. The single machine of the dark horse configuration cloud platform can support the 10000 level equipment management capability, support cluster deployment and expansion to support massive equipment access, support platform alarm, email alarm, WeChat alarm, SMS alarm, voice alarm, etc., and the platform simultaneously notifies multi-channel of alarm events.
